SahiSeat (sahiseat.com) is an initiative of Society of Digital Entrepreneurs (SODES). The website and its services are operated and managed by Berries Financial Advisory Services ("Berries", "we", "us"), which is the merchant of record for all paid services on this website. Payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited.

SahiSeat is a digital platform. Nothing is shipped and there is no courier, tracking number or physical waiting period. All tools and paid services are delivered electronically, directly in your browser or to your registered email address.

The predictor, mock counselling simulator, preference-list builder, round strategy guides, cutoff library and AI counselor are available instantly in your browser — no delivery step, no waiting period.

On successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, access to the live round-tracking dashboard is activated immediately on your account for the current counselling season. Round-update alerts are delivered by email as soon as a tracked seat's closing rank changes — typically within minutes of the official round result being published.

On successful payment, you receive a confirmation email with a scheduling link within a few minutes. The session itself is delivered live over video call at the scheduled time. A written summary of recommendations is emailed to you within 24 hours after the call.

If a confirmation email has not arrived within 15 minutes of payment, check your spam folder. If it is still missing, or a round alert / session summary has not arrived within the times above, email amit@berriesadvisory.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We investigate and respond within 1 business day.
