Refund & Cancellation Policy

SahiSeat (sahiseat.com) is an initiative of Society of Digital Entrepreneurs (SODES). The website and its services are operated and managed by Berries Financial Advisory Services ("Berries", "we", "us"), which is the merchant of record for all paid services on this website. Payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited.

This policy applies to all paid services purchased on sahiseat.com. The free tools (predictor, mock counselling, cutoff pages, basic AI counselor) involve no payment and no refunds.

If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided the counselling round-tracking service has not yet delivered a round update to your account during that period. After 48 hours, or once a tracked round result has been delivered, fees are non-refundable — the service is time-bound to the counselling season and its value is delivered during it.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are not refundable. If the counselor fails to attend, you receive a full refund or a free rebooking, your choice.

If money was deducted but the service was not activated, the amount is auto-reversed by Razorpay/your bank, typically within 5–7 working days. Duplicate charges are refunded in full once verified.

Email amit@berriesadvisory.com from the email used at purchase, with the Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
